Deep Tissue Massage is a modality using slow, firm, more intense strokes to bring release of muscular adhesions, commonly called “knots”, to help with: Improving circulation and mobility Reducing pain and inflammation Reducing stress and tension Breaking up scar tissue Reducing arthritis symptoms Rehabilitating injured muscles Reducing blood pressure & heart rate

Cancellation Policy

At least 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a forfeiture of your deposit or 50% of your booked service(s) cost. No-shows will be charged the full price of the service(s). All fees are non-refundable and DO NOT count towards any future services.
